He developed a proprietary split-payment system integrating benefits and standard payment methods and created IT capability roadmaps to support business growth. As Executive Vice President – Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy & Innovation at Frost Bank, he architected instant payments for truckers via Zelle overlays. Working on integrated call center authentication with mobile banking led to seamless customer experience. He led vendor selection and phased implementation for Real-Time Payments (RTP). He also drove AI and machine learning proof-of-concepts in banking operations. He has also held various leadership positions at USAA, Citicorp and Tata Consultancy Services.
